INEF conference scholarships for Ph.D. students and researchers in 2019 [25.07.19]
The Thematic Network Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Finance (INEF) offers a limited number of scholarships to Ph.D. students and researchers for conference participation in countries of our partner universities.INEF unites six renowned universities in Belgium, France, Italy, the United States and China under the lead management of the University of Hohenheim. In order to qualify for a scholarship the conference must be within the scope of the INEF research topics, which include innovation, entrepreneurship and finance. The scholarship covers travel costs, conference fees and living expenses. It is funded by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and falls under the regulations of the federal rules of travel reimbursement (“Bundesreisekostengesetz”).
The following application documents are required (in English):
- Description of the conference (including the name of the conference, date, location, etc.) and its connection to the INEF’s research topics
- Acceptance letter
- Estimation of costs (for flight, hotel, conference fee etc.)
- Planned contribution (paper, talk, poster, etc.)
- CV
Please send your application to inef@uni-hohenheim.de. The INEF board decides upon the award of scholarships. Past conference participation can also be funded.
